As each wedding is different, it is important to us that our clients are given the opportunity to design their own menu to suit their tastes, those of their guests and also their budget. Our wedding planner can meet with you to offer advice and assist in personalizing your menu.

The most popular style of meal served is the smorgasbord. However, you may like to consider a fully waited meal with two, three or more courses, a plattered meal, or an elegant cocktail party.

Waited - Guests select from a prearranged menu, restaurant style, and are served the meal at their table.

Smorgasbord - The bridal party are served at their table and guest are invited up to serve themselves from the buffet table.

Cocktail - A selection of bite sized delicacies served to your guest on platters throughout the afternoon or evening.

Cost


We will meet with you to talk about your function and follow up with a letter setting out your requirements with an estimated price.

The cost advised for your meal will depend entirely on the choice you make for the menu and whatever else you would like us to provide for you.

Please note that we can give estimates only for functions more than three months in advance and the final price will be confirmed nearer the day. GST is not included in any prices provided in correspondence or in conversations.


The cost will generally include:

o All staff necessary to prepare and serve your food.
o Silver service of the meal for the bridal party.
o All table linen. White is normally used but other colours are available at an extra cost.
o All napkins required - paper or white linen.
o All crockery and cutlery required.
o Floral decoration for the buffet table in colours to suit your particular function.
o Silver cake knife and cake table linen.
o Setting up the function area including setting of tables.

The cost may include:

o The provision of or the service of any drinks.
o Hireage of glassware and bar equipment.
o Any floral or other decorations which you may choose to enhance the theme of your function.
o Any additional cleaning of the function areas or taking away excess rubbish. This is often incorporated into the venue hire charge; however we can assist with this if arrangements are made prior to the function.
o The provision of wedding or celebration cakes. Again we can help with organising this.
o Any tulle required for decorating. We have tulle available for hire.
o Any tables, chairs or other equipment needing to be hired for any reason at any of the venues.
o Staff travel time to country venues.
o Hireage of or surcharges of venues.



Our Staff

Our front-of-house staff are all bright, friendly people offering an unobtrusive and professional service.

They are led by an experienced Maitre d who ensures smooth running of your function.

It is our Maitre d who will liaise with your Emcee during the function and will be able to help you with any last minute queries you may have.

Prior to your wedding day, you can utilise the services of our own wedding coordinator at no extra cost.

Our wedding coordinator will be able to help you with the planning of your menu and all other details which help make your day a special one.

Our chefs are all fully trained and have many years experience. It is their pleasure to assist in making your wedding reception a special one.
